The following people are responsible for the management of the organisation:
Kamila Blažková started working for World Carfree Network's ICC in September 2005. She previously worked as a hosting coordinator for AFS (an international volunteer NGO) and has experience in organising various events (camps and meetings), working with and coordinating volunteers, and managing programs. She is interested in environmental issues and sustainable development.
Kamila is our office manager and European Volunteer Service coordinator. She also works on some of our other projects.

Randall Ghent co-founded Car Busters (now World Carfree Network) in 1997 in Lyon, France, while working as a coordinator of the Towards Car-Free Cities I conference. From 1998-2000, he was European Correspondent for Adbusters magazine. From 1992-1997 he was office manager of the Alliance for a Paving Moratorium/Fossil Fuels Policy Action Institute in California, where he served as office manager and editor of the Auto-Free Times.
Randall, also known as Randy, works as membership coordinator and Towards Carfree Cities conference coordinator.

Radka Tichavská, our half-time financial manager/accountant, joined us in October 2005. She studied economics in the Czech Republic and previously worked as account and production manager for a photographic studio. Her interests include anthropology and native art.
