Agenda
1. Velomondial exhibition, March 2006 - Capetown
they are offering us a free exhibition space. March 5-9. Maybe someone who is going there already can do the space.
Randy will look into possible volunnteers to receive and set up our display (Giselle? Andrew?) need someone to design info tablets...
2. Vincent's projects
World Carfree Day. Meet Friday Nov. 4 with Randy and Steve and Steven to brainstorm
3. Roeland's (future) projects
EVS ends at the end of November. If he is going to apply for future capital project and do it here (with the hopes of it turning into a longer-term project) he needs to apply now. Until then, we will hire him half time to replace Tanja.
4. Wages
Current full-time pay is 16,000 CZK. Would like to increase to 18 or 20. Randy is working on the figures, including matching funds. (Depends on whether we hire Roeland.)
5. Randy to Lyon (Nov.)
Randy will go to France partially for personal reasons but will also take care of some WCN business - Carbusters has a bank account there and he will take the money out. Will be gone two days (Nov. 25 and Nov. 28)
