• Carbusters must refuse submissions for adverts as they conflict with our non-profit status. More discussion next week (Kamila)

• Final report for Istanbul Youth Exchange is still incomplete

DECISION: Justin and Christi will complete together before the deadline November 10th 2007. Justin will send pre-report immediately.

• Business Plan for NESsT required for Oct 23rd. Market Analysis is still incomplete.

DECISION: Sam will complete this ASAP

• Cyclo Jizda did not attract as much media attention as hoped for the opening of Mobility Week, despite record attendance. But the release of Czech-language Carbusters Compilation (CCC) was successful with a film showing at Kino Svetozor, Central Prague. A lengthy discussion was broadcast on Czech Radio. (Mikhal)
  
• Continual promotion is necessary for CCC, suggestion to distribute book to Language Schools as part of course materials. Also distribute to libraries. How is this possible without giving the books away for free? (Mikhal)
  
• Justin suggests review/summary distribution. Mikhal suggests giving to 5 known professors within Prague Universities.

• Kamila suggests contacting News Society publishers in USA concerning English-language version of Carbusters Compilation (ECC) who pay $3000 advance. They are interested. (Kamila)
  
• Problem with translation as graphic chapter titles are in Czech. Need information from Graphic Artist concerning cost for English graphics. Then translation is complete. (Mikhal)
  
• Until DG environment grant, Christi will be doing 2008 Core Grants. Provisional reports are needed from project coordinators by Oct 27th concerning all projects in 2007 (Christi)
  
• Finishing final report for Marylena (EVS)(Kamila)
  
• Monday Bulletin coming out. Working on Carbusters for printing deadline on Nov 1st(Justin)
  

DECISION: 5 Copies of CCC will be given to the professors. As soon as ECC is complete US publishers will be contacted. Mikhal will CC all e-mails to Kamila.

• Veg box scheme seriously disrupts office work

DECISION: Boxes will be stored in Daniels office. One person from ICC will be responsible for helping from 6pm - 9pm Tuesday only. Daniel is responsible for everything outside these hours.

• Daniel Moureg wants our participation in Jihlava film festival (Oct 25th-28th) along with Auto-mat (Justin)
  
• Biggest documentary festival in Czech Republic, and also our target group. Auto-mat set up cafe and host screenings and talks. We can share and help with the stand (Mikhal)
  
• There is no accommodation provided. Can we afford time, staff required?

DECISION: Reserving gym accommodation, withholding decision until next week on who attends and what to take.

• Possibile grant for local film festival from Foundation Partnership, deadline Oct 19th.

DECISION: Not the job of WCN to organize local events, but Kamila and Sam will explore the possibilities.

• Greenways conference in Bratislava in November. Daniel recommends WCN presence.

• Possibly conference can cover all expenses.

DECISION: Justin will look into this. We will discuss options once funding information is obtained.
