If we want to still do the conference video we need a new computer to use it for. We are expecting to get 2 new computers anyway. arie's camera is still in the office. Steven currently has time now, so it would be good to do this soon. Steve is going to find a computer to buy in a week. Then, Steven can use it solely for the video for a few weeks and then it can be used for other things as well.

We have 10,000 Euros to put on this seminar for skills and capacity building. There is money for a project coordinator for 6 and a half months. So, Roeland can become the project coordinator and he is going to Tabor to check out the CESTA venue and hostels.

Randy is going to put a call out to member organizations for what content they would like, what sorts of workshops, using the ideas we have and those in the grant application as well. Current workshops include video maing, journalism, fundraising, campaign strategy and others.
