• Chris: wants to do future Capital: can happen up to 6 months after EVS finishes but needed for final EVS report to get the outstanding money.

• Be careful with the heating, turn off van AND heater itself, and don't put anything on top of them.

Updates&Items

• Jane's coming and duties (what will we show her and how, where will she stay)

She can stay in the farm hostel. We give her some time to settle down and see Prague etc., so she could come in some day after Monday next week. When she arrives we will have a meeting with her sorting out tasks, responsibilites and what she would like to work on. Welcome meeting possibly Wednesday or Thursday. AP: Chris will talk to her today and find out details. AP: Theo will check for keys for her

• Member fees &survey

AP: Chris will contact Radka to see if banktransfer is an option to get information before sending mail; Database has to be ready when members start paying fees. So postpone sending the letter asking for the fees until December 5th. AP: Theo will do memebership info from survey monkey updating AP: Sam will send survey reminder to big list Justin has been using, Theo will show him AP: Sam will include short notice on survey for member orgs in bulletin

• Xmas holidays

Office will be closed from 18 December to 5 January.

• Justin handover

Justin has been asked for a month now for a handover with the deadline of 15 November. But he hasn't sent anything for the handover. We still don't have any information about who of our members have paid the fees for 08-09, where the charters of the new members during the past 2 years are, his keys from the office etc..

• WCN e-mail addresses of people who don't use them will be suspended 2 weeks after Theo sends out request mail to those inactive people. To reactivate it they can write to the info account.

• Policy manual

We comment by e-mail to the changes Theo proposes and then have a meeting when Jane is here.
