DECISION: Upon receiving updated member org list, database will be updated. All member orgs should receive Carbusters. Distribution management will be passed from Kamila to Sam. Sam will update KAGI site to account for advertising. Sam will create promotional CB pdf. Sam will discuss with Randy concerning committee. EC will contact facilitator of Carbusters name workshop concerning name. Chris will sort out bouncing e-mails; all lost subscribers contactable by e-mail will receive promo pdf. Sam will do his best on the website...
9. EVS

  • Hosting of new EVS September or December?
    * EVS application needs to be made this week.
    * 2 new volunteers should be arriving September to replace Theo + Sam. Radka thinks we should wait until December for financial reasons. Financial situation is unstable, WCN needs to cover all EVS expenses for a year; this cannot be guaranteed until December. Risk of taking EVS during critical months October, November too great.

DECISION: 2 volunteers in December; external help will be required for Carbusters.

10. Resource Centre

  • Financial situation is too tight to buy new stock.
    * Update gifts for members, supporters etc.

DECISION: No new stock to be bought for RC. Update KAGI when things go out of stock. Update of gifts by Sam, Theo and Chris.
