Announcements

• Steve will work from home on Friday
• Czech WCN leaflets will be ready on Monday
• Magazine #27 is finished; it will be ready on Friday
• the street in front of the conference centre in Tabor has been ripped open for construction

Agenda 1. Tabor conference
* what we need to bring
- Steven will bring back issues of the magazine + 100 new issues of the magazine
- Jiao will take the banners
- Anna will bring English (100) and Czech (100) leaflets
- Vincent will bring one less car stickers in all relevant languages, books and t-shirts (also Steve, Kamila, and Anna)
- Steve and Randy will bring laptops and randy will bring printer
- Steve will make signs to go to CESTA and signs for the university
- bring sleeping bags
- Radka and Kamila will bring stuff for accounting, and the name tags
- Kamila will also bring white board markers

• programmes
  - Vincent and Steven will organise and bring the programmes
  - they will cook food on Sunday, but the people will pay 100 kc for their food
  - Kamila and Radka will have the registration table in front of CESTA
  - We arranged for a Saturday morning breakfast ourselves, but the caterer will bring the sandwiches and we will pay for it
  - On Friday we will have to change from one attic to the other
  - encouraging volunteer tasks
  - Randy will deal with the rooms in the University, i.e. opening them, etc.
  - On tuesday morning, we should make sure the rooms are set-up the way they should be - Steve and Randy will be there - and on following days Steven/Steve/Randy will look after it
  - at night times, the door is locked at 11 pm, there will be one key for every 10 people
