* Our focus in the grant was that we would bring people from Eastern Europe - Russian, Moldava, Armenia, and Georgia
* If we can't get the seven people then there can be project changes or we could give some money back

* We should outreach to local Czech organisations to meet the requirements for Czech Republic (also six + 1 people)
* Roeland suggests that Jiao focus on the route and finding national coordinators, and someone else helps find participants
