5. Bike Tour\\

• Roeland is offering to work time on the biketour - Roeland will work half time on bike tour (money comes out of activity costs of Biketour grant) + his normal half time = full time

6. Bike Tour
* In the application it says there should be 6 per country plus a group leader

• Our focus in the grant was that we would bring people from Eastern Europe - Russian, Moldava, Armenia, and Georgia
• If we can't get the seven people then there can be project changes or we could give some money back
• We can alter the number of people from the various countries
• We should outreach to local Czech organisations to meet the requirements for Czech Republic (also six + 1 people)
• Roeland suggests that Jiao focus on the route and finding national coordinators, and someone else helps find participants
• Arie says that the Bike tour was organised before we had a grant so maybe we at the ICC are doing too much work
• The only active national coordinators are Lithuania and Hungary
• So far, the focus has been on the first half of the ride
• One of the problems is the duration of the ride which is only 21 days (but the route can be changed)
• In past grants, we have also not had the perfect amount of participants
