*Steven: There are some issues with the Carbusters reader for Visegrad project, because some Czech's had concerns about the tone of certain articles. It is being worked out in a Friday meeting. Probable result is that some articles might be cut, but it should not be a problem. The Visegrad budget has been updated and the folder has been cleaned up to make it more user friendly. We need to make sure that Michal can devote the time necessary to complete the project. Michal is concerned about the distribution network for the materials, this should be discussed and planned with partner organisations because it is not written into the grant proposal. He is transfering things to Michal and has shown Justin how to do the bulletin.
*Marialena: She is trying to reformat Cloud, but it is not working. She thinks the hard drive is destroyed. We need the same number of computers for when the Sep. EVS intern comes.
Decision: We will put off the decision. It is possible for Christi and/or Marialena to use their laptops.
*Justin: He is learning his job from Rob, Steven and Randy. The bulletin call is going out soon and Justin will introduce himself. Justin updated the youth exchange page on the website. He is trying to make it possible for the attendees of the youth exchange participants to get a conference fee-waiver.
