  • Tanja is worried that this may become an issue. The Portland people aren't satisfied with our performance at the conference according to the conference. They also call into question whether we are worthy of 15% of the conference fees.

DECISION: We need to have an internal and external evaluation of the AGM in future TCC Conferences. Tanja will contact Randy, Justin and the Portland organisers regarding this.

DECISION: Tanja has contacted Randy and Justin for the internal evaluation, for the external one the Portland organizers and others who participated in a form or another will be invited to take part. AGM development is also listed in the SC's working agenda for this year.

DECISION: We have decided upon the questions about what are their specific skills and how they can be applied to our neesd, their motivation for working with us and essential information about us.

2. Project description on the EVS Database

DECISION: Theo will ask Kamila about the process of changing the job description details on the EVS database.
