1. reward for volunteer task

Volunteers, such as for bulletin translation, moderating the big list, should be recongized and also receive some token gift from the resource center, such as book or magazine subscription

DECISION: can recognize bulletin translators, etc in this bulletin, but we will talk more in depth about the details in next month, when we have more time

2. justin's working hours

Some grants didn't come in, including for the youth exchange, which was a half time portion of Justin's work. Before we know what other grants come in, it is impossible to pay Justin for full time.

DECISION: Justin agrees to be on half-time in the interim, concentrating on steering committee, network coordination, bulletin, and helping with the magazine. (starting february)

3. CB survey

There are still some parts that need to be changed, before it can be sent out (hopefully with the bulletin)

Decision: We'll go through it again today, give a few others the chance to look at it, and if all is ready, it can go with the bulletin (slightly delayed).
