• Some pc's are slow and the network is not always working properly. We need to find someone professional to deal with it, since no-one in the office is very talented for this.

1. Fundraising

• Now Christi's leaving we have to start looking for a new fundraiser. Though we don't really need someone till March 2008.

DECISION: We will announce by Monday on our website and other places (prague tv, expats, idealist.org). We will try to contact former EVS volunteers as well. January 15 is the deadline for applications. Start of job February-March. Christi will make a guide for next fundraisers.

2. Advertising in Carbusters

• It's not clear whether we can make advertisements in Carbusters. This has to be sorted out.

DECISION: We'll talk about it on the magazine meeting.

• We should think of more tasks for (non-evs) volunteers to do in the office, besides helping with sending the magazine. For ex: Green Pages or collecting interesting info for the magazine.
