ICC Meeting September 13

Announcements
- meeting tomorrow at Oziveni for carfree day at 4 pm
- welcome to Vincent
- Tanja has to leave us at the end of October to finish her studies (she could still do some work at home)
- We are getting partners (including EYFA) for European Youth Foundation grant that has to do with information campaigns - deadline Oct. 1
- Roeland is coming back this week
- Markus Heller is on his way
- Theatre group will not be applying for the artists' grant (related to carfree event) because they don't have enough time to prepare for it
- Arie will be going to US Dec. 12 to Jan. 21; will also work on 501(C)3 status

What we've done, what we plan to do
Arie: wrote Global Wallace Fund grant application; wrote a press release for World Carfree Day; assembling partners for EYF grants; wrote article for the magazine - continue to do EYF grants and send out press release (steve will coordinate the faxing)
Vincent: research for Arie; read over past magazines and website - continue doing similar things
Steve: Edited Arie's press release; contacting member groups re: carfree day; website work; helped write the bulletin; cleaned the library - next week in Spain
Kamila: taking care of Vincent; went through web pages; translated the bulletin into Czech; looking for room for Vincent; worked on employment stuff - help organising of carfree day; begin translating WCN flyer; start to learn about office manager tasks
Lutra: having an engagement!; taking care of Kamila and Vincent; accounting - find flat for Vincent; go to foreign police; carfree events; teaching Kamila tasks
Gandalf: dealing with resource centre and re-stocking; distributing flyers - email green page people that they are on there; magazine work
Steven: contacting writers for the magazine; writing article for the Prague Post about carfree day; organising carfree breakfast on Sunday and other carfree events - will be planning carfree events and working on the magazine
Tanja: been dealing with her studying; doing graphic work for the magazine; distributing flyers; working on new cover designs - magazine will be the priority

- Lutra will bring napkins, cutting boards, knives
- Kamila will bring a tray
- Stuff: magazines, stickers and supplies - Gandalf will take care of things

- Kamila will bring tarp
- Saturday night Steven will pick up the stuff

- Thursday's event
- Kamila, Lutra and Tanja will look out for the bikes 6 to 7:30 pm
