Announcements:
* Steven bought Gandalf's old bike, but he will let Joao use it when he comes
* Former carbies Richard and Ivana are here and there will be a meeting at a pub 7 pm tomorrow
* Roeland has a new digital camera that we can use in the office
* We can apply for the administrative cost grant from the European Youth Foundation; deadline is Feb. 1; Arie and Randy are working on this together
* Steve has discovered that PayPal - a way of paying for resources - is cheaper than Kagi, but is not sure if we can use it in the Czech Republic
* Randy wrote to Mark Brown of Network for Social Change and we will be considered at their Februrary meeting for 4000 pounds

# Critical Mass next week\\
* There will be a critical mass next week which will finish at Alfred ve Dvore theatre space with a debate and some films
* It will also be especially important because our colleague, Honza Bouchal, from AutoMat while cycling was hit by a car
* He is currently in a coma in hospital
* We would like to arrange a debate at the theatre
* A support fund for Honza

# Calender of deadlines\\
* We will make a big calender which we will then have a list of all deadlines so everyone can know when things are due
* Especially for Radka, who is only part-time and has another job
* Half-time people could put their hours on the calendar a week in advance
* Kamila will make the calendar

* carfree housing - panel discussion/lecture
* Markus Heller has his exhibition
* Curb leveling - see what other czechs think of it
* City Repair Project/Street Reclaiming
* It is difficult to say financially if we can give support

* we should have a get together when the new EVS people come in February
