Citizens for Safe Access to Essential Services and Safe Milieus, founded 1999
We remain an amorphous consortium of Disability & Environmental citizens concerned about sustainable living and cultural diversity. We began by advocating for a safe cross walk on our own street where none existed. We now advocate for traffic signals and slowing down traffic in our area to 30mph and 18mph in our downtown district, and creating a car-free downtown eventually.
