The registration fee includes tea/coffee, lunch and access to all conference events from 28 June to 1 July. Some or all local transport may be included as well. Tea/coffee and lunch will also be provided for WCN Members attending the WCN AGM on 2 July. The WCN Member rate is available to WCN Individual Members and members of WCN Member Organisations. To become a Member, go to our Join Us page. We also encourage participants with limited incomes to fundraise locally to offset the registration fees.

Conference booking fees are non-refundable but you may transfer your booking to another individual. Please contact us if you need to do this.
